Frequently Asked Questions for Aurelia Lamp Mother's Day Glass A young foal nestles inside

What should I clarify when I need a purchase by a particular date?

Ask whether the timeframe applies to the complete order or only its preparation. Check the current status through the existing order instead of submitting a duplicate.

What should I record if a purchase-related problem happens only sometimes?

Check whether the same selected option is involved each time. Avoid repeatedly recreating a problem when doing so could cause damage.

What should I recheck when returning to an old shopping cart?

Check that previously selected options remain the ones you want. Avoid using an old screenshot as proof of current availability.
